The Tenant Lounge is available for tenant reservation after-hours at a rate of $400. Prior to completing this form, please check the calendar for availability and if a meeting as already been reserved on the date you selected. Please note that 30–45-minute window is required for cleaning and preparing the room for your event.

The Property Management Office prefers a 48 hour notice prior to your reservation. Please contact us at 312-288-2900 for any special accommodations.

Cancellations must be submitted no later than 3:00 PM one (1) business day in advance of the event date. If a meeting reservation is not cancelled at least one day in advance, your company will be assessed a $100.00 fee.
