Conference Room Reserve

The Conference Center which is located on the 24th floor, suite 2400, is open to all tenants at 321 North Clark. Prior to completing this form, please check the calendar for availability and if a meeting has already been reserved on the date you selected, a 30-45 minute window is required for cleaning and preparing the room for the next meeting.

Rates:
Full Day Rate $100 Multi-Purpose Room Monday – Friday
Half Day Rate $50 Multi-Purpose Room Monday – Friday

Full Day Rate $50 Small Conference Room Monday – Friday
Half Day Rate $25 Small Conference Room Monday – Friday

Saturday or Sunday Rate $165

Reservations for half day must conclude by 12:30 PM or begin at 1:00 PM. Full day charges will be applied to reservations that overlap the timeframe (i.e. 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM).

Building management prefers a 48 hour notice prior to your reservation. Please contact us at 312-288-2900 for any special accommodations.

Cancellations must be submitted no later than 3:00 PM one (1) business day in advance of the meeting date. If a meeting reservation is not cancelled at least one day in advance, your company will be assessed a $50.00 fee for a small conference room reservation and/or $100.00 for a large conference room reservation.
