Tenant Lounge Information

The Tenant Lounge is located on the North West Corner of the 3rd Floor. Tenants are welcome to utilize the facility from 7:00am – 5:00pm. Drinks and snacks are available to purchase from the vending machines located next to the kitchen. Complimentary WiFi is provided.

The huddle rooms that are located within the Tenant Lounge are available for reservations on a first-come first-serve basis. Confirmation will be received within 24 hours of submitting a request.

Rules and Regulations

  • The Tenant Lounge will be open Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. No Weekend hours are offered.
  • The Tenant Lounge is for the use of building employees only; friends, relatives, or visitors are not permitted in this facility.
  • Personal music should be enjoyed with headphones and not disrupt other tenants utilizing the facility.
  • Landlord reserves the right to add, change or delete any Rule or Regulation herein contained and to change the method of operation to ensure maximum enjoyment of the facility.
